While we always aim for flawless results, we want to be transparent and honest with our customers. so it's important to note that due to Millions of different carpets that have been made just over ten years alone, we may not always be able to achieve completely concealed results. However, our highly skilled team of professionals will do their utmost to ensure your carpet damages are restored to the best possible outcome. We take pride in our work and always strive for customer satisfaction, we feel disheartened when we see a carpet repair done unprofessional even not done by us.

Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any potential outcomes resulting from the completion of any repairs we have agreed upon. Rest assured, we will thoroughly communicate any perceived risks before initiating any work.

To secure your reservation, we kindly request a modest deposit of £30 before we can book any works. This allows us to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations that could result in substantial losses. Rest assured, this amount will be deducted from the final payment, ensuring a seamless transaction. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Quotations that require a site visit will incur a charge of one hour at our hourly rate. However if the quotation is accepted and works proceed, the quotation charge will be refunded from the final cost.

No deductions are taken by the customer from the final quote on completion of any works carried out. We currently accept bank transfers on site, cash, or some crypto currencies.

Please be advised that payments are due immediately upon completion of any works carried out.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is a no-show.

If [Carpet Repairs London] cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled and a good will gesture will be given at 20%off the quote given.
