It wasn't a straight forward job, some fitters refused to touch, and Tay did it without any quibble and after he laid it, it looked even better than the first time we laid it 9 years ago (yes same carpet!). Tay's pricing was really competitive but I would have gone with him anyway based on the reviews. Having used his services, I can see why he has so many happy customers. I had a number of quotes but Tay was one of most competitive but more importantly the best reviews. I accepted his quote and discussed the job in more detail via what'sapp. He arrived on time and raring to go, lugging a very heavy roll of carpet up the stairs. He then asked for a few more grippers, i went out for about 45 mins and my Bedroom was done...and it looked amazing...he then started on the steps and done them so nicely but the carpet in the hallway was not doing it justice. (Was not laid by him) So I asked Tay to change it luckily had the extra carpet to do so, and charged me a nominal extra.. All in all the job he done was really good, am super happy. My friend removed the old vinyl beforehand and Tay laid latex on the cement to smooth out the uneven surface then laid the vinyl flooring. Tay sent photos of the completed work. The repaired carpet and the vinyl flooring now look so much better. I recommend.
